Welcome
Welcome to the website of Booterstown National School!
We are a co-educational national school under Church of Ireland Management, and the Patron of the School is the Church of Ireland Archbishop of Dublin. We welcome children of all faiths and none to our inclusive school community.
We are very lucky to have a wonderful team of staff at Booterstown N.S. There are four multi-grade class teachers, two Special Education Teachers, two SNAs and one secretary. We are very proud of our small school community. Our school is a safe, welcoming and creative learning environment and the children are at the centre of everything we do.
Thank you for visiting our school website. If you already have links with B.N.S., I hope you regularly check the website in order to keep up with school events. If you are thinking of sending your child to the school, I hope you find the website informative and we look forward to meeting you in the future.
Warm wishes,
Stephanie Elders
Principal

This school now has high speed broadband connectivity through the Department of Education School Broadband Programme, delivered as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU.
This school received a grant in 2021 to implement initiatives aimed at addressing the digital divide and support our learners at risk of educational disadvantage as a consequence, as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) a project under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU. This funding was used to fund the running of our computer room which is used by all children in our school and to purchase a multi-pad charging unit for our full class set of iPads. Additionally, the grant enabled us to purchase new classroom laptops along with educational software, iPad licenses and a server cabinet shelf from GDK Network Systems.
